Deposit:

A security deposit of euro 400 for the car (pre-authorization on credit card or cash at pick-up)
The rental period begins on the day and time of delivery of the car and ends on the day and time of the return of the car. Each rental day is made up of 24 hours.

Price Includes:

Unlimited kilometers, RCA insurance, taxes, 22% VAT, car replacement in case of breakdown or accident

Thefts:

In the event of partial or total theft of the car, the customer must return the original keys of the car and the theft report presented to the competent Authorities to Sorrento Trips. The Customer will be charged a penalty equal to the commercial evaluation of the car, reported by Eurotax Giallo at the time of the theft, in addition to the value of the options and any fittings.

Documents and age required

• From 18+
• Driving license category  B national or international equivalent.
• ID Card or passport

All the original documents need to be shown at the moment of the delivery of the car. No pictures or photocopies are allowed.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival date: full refund
• Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund will be done
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date: full amount to be charge
• In case of no-show: full amount will be charged.
• Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. restrictions due to Covid-19): full refund will be given.
• If at the moment of the delivery of the car the guest will not be able to drive it, the car will not be given and the full amount will be charged.
